Saiki Kusuo[]
Chiyo fell in love with Kusuo for no reason. She is shown to have seen him in a different way and started to do tricks to get his attention. However, Kusuo having no interest in romance, easily dodged her shenanigans by using his psychic abilities, so she moved on to someone else.[1] Chiyo once again started to think of Kusuo when she was feeling bad about her boyfriend who had bad habits. Kusuo tried to get them back together but failed in the end.[2]
Kaidou Shun[]
Chiyo fell in love with Kaidou after he saved her from some punks in the beach[3] and since then tried to get his attention. She once hugged Kaidou when they were stranded on an island. In one chapter, she got the chance to confess her feelings to him which left him blushing and shocked. However because of Kusuo resetting time, this was forgotten and put their relationship back to the beginning. Kusuo even admitted that he felt bad because she finally worked up the strength to confess[4]
Toritsuka Reita[]
Chiyo at first was another girl that Reita failed to flirt with, getting rejected, but in the later chapters, the two got friendly because of their goal to make the person they like to fall for them. It was shown how the two went so far as to plan a test of courage but it later failed due to Kusuo's intervention.
Teruhashi Kokomi[]
Kokomi and Chiyo once have a feeling that they have love rivalry on Kusuo however, after some misunderstanding caused by Kusuo's powers, he was able to mend their friendship and the two got closer.[5]Initially, she was unaware Kokomi had feelings for Kusuo but later caught on and now encourages her.
Makino Arisu[]
Chiyo and Arisu became friends since they were the only members of the occult club to show up at the club room. Chiyo's friendship with her changed the way Arisu looked, like how she stopped hiding her slanted eyes, unlike before when she covered them making her look almost like Sadako, and also made her more cheerful. In turn, Arisu made Chiyo develop a dark side and an interest in the occult. Kusuo found this aspect of their friendship disturbing.
Akanishi Shinichi[]
Chiyo's ex-boyfriend. He has neat appearance and was popular with girls but because of his debts on her, their relationship lasted only for a month.[6]
Shinoda Takeru[]
Another one of Chiyo's ex-boyfriends. Despite Kusuo's efforts to keep them together, Takeru was eventually dumped by Chiyo after the latter got sick of his poor attitude and bad habits.
