Summary
After investigating the ring he found, Kusuo learned that the ring could stop his Telepathic power due to the "metalloid" in the ring. This made him happy because he can't hear other people's voices anymore however, not hearing people's thoughts made him think that everyone already turned into Riki. Nonetheless, he confidently went to the theater, a place which he is constantly challenged due to the unfortunate fact that he's always spoiled whenever he watches movies in the past. After he bought ticket for a movie, he then went to buy popcorn and drinks and was unfortunately bumped by a thug to which made Kusuo angry, throwing the ice cubes from his spilled drinks to the thugs. Inside the theater, he coincidentally sat next to Kokomi to his dismay, Kusuo had no choice but to sit down. Kokomi was frantic as she was having hard time what to explain to him. Kusuo was troubled by her since he can't hear her thoughts so he used illusion to make her look like Riki. Then another guy appears making a ruckus as he questions Kusuo's appearance and why he sits next to Kokomi. The chapter ended with the guy removing his sunglasses revealing him to be the actor of the movie they were watching, Mogami Toru, Kokomi and Kusuo were squashed in-between the large crowds.
